If you like your bread toasted on both sides, you might not like this toaster, but let me tell you it has got to be the best toast I have ever had. It lightly toasts one side and toasts the other side great for butter or jam. At first I was confused but now I love it and I don't ever want another piece of toast made in a traditional toaster. AND it looks fantastic on the counter. Oh yes, the bagel setting and froaen setting work fantastic as well. A MUST BUY!
